BALI GODDESS GETAWAY PAYMENTS

Bali Goddess Getaway payments are in AUD & are per person.

To secure your spot in one of extraordinary Goddess Getaway, a deposit of $500 AUD is required.

Once your deposit is paid, you'll receive an email within 24 hours confirming your booking details.

As space is limited for each of our getaways, full payment is due 60 days before the commencement of the getaway. 

We'll send you a courtesy email as a reminder.

GETAWAY CANCELLATIONS

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel your getaway booking.

Here is our cancellation policy:

- If you decide to cancel your booking, you have the option to transfer your deposit to another booking within a 12-month period.
- Cancellations made up to 60 days before your scheduled getaway will result in the forfeiture of 25% of your deposit, with the remainder applicable to a future getaway within 12 months.
- Cancellations made 60 days or less before the commencement date will result in the forfeiture of your entire payment, with 50% applicable to another getaway within 12 months.

-Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
- If you opt to rebook for a later getaway date within 12 months, please note that you may be subject to price increases.
- We do not offer credit to guests arriving late or departing early from our getaways.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

To prioritise your well-being during your getaway, travel insurance is a mandatory requirement. Bali is known for its stunning scenery, but medical treatment can be costly, which is why we emphasise the importance of insurance coverage.

Before making your final payment, please ensure you have proof of travel insurance readily available.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your trip, rest assured that travel insurance should cover expenses related to flights & other arrangements. Your peace of mind & health are paramount to us, & we're here to assist you every step of the way.

WHAT HAPPENS IF BALI CLOSES

In the event of a closure in Bali, such as volcanic activity as seen in the past, rest assured your payment will be safeguarded. We will hold your payment in credit for you to utilise towards another Getaway within a 12-month period from the reopening of Bali. Your investment remains secure, ensuring you can still embark on your desired Getaway when the time is right & safe.

 

CANCELLATION BY US 
In the event of a necessary cancellation of your Bali Goddess Getaway for any reason by us, we offer two options: a credit to be used within 12 months or a full refund, which constitutes a full settlement. Please note, we are not liable for any expenses incurred in preparation for the canceled getaway, such as airline tickets, loss of work, or other associated costs.

CODE OF CONDUCT
We uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of violent or persistently disrespectful behaviour towards our staff, fellow guests, hotel personnel, or any individuals associated with us. Participants engaging in such behaviour will be asked to leave the Getaway immediately, with no refund.

RESPECT
We kindly ask all participants to observe & respect the customs & laws of Indonesia & Bali. We will provide guidance on accepted clothing & behaviour requirements at Balinese temples & places of worship to ensure a harmonious & respectful experience for all.

BALI'S LANDSCAPE

Bali's tropical climate ensures warm & pleasant weather throughout the year. The island's architecture is typically designed to embrace the outdoors, featuring open-air spaces, lush gardens & rural surroundings. As a result, you will encounter Bali's diverse wildlife, including frogs, geckos, lizards, squirrels, birds, & perhaps even a monkey or two if you venture into the forest.

HOW DO I GET TO BALI 

To ensure your seamless journey to Bali & our Goddess Getaways, please book your flight to arrive at Denpasar Airport Bali (DPS).

We suggest you arrive the day before the Getaway begins, we are happy to offer pre-Getaway hotel booking support at our resort which will incur an extra fee, transport to the resort from the airport is included in your getaway rate.

Commencement of the Getaway is at 7.30am on the 1st day of the Getaway.

WHAT TO PACK

When packing for your Getaway in Bali, prioritise loose & comfortable clothing, after all, comfort is key! Thanks to the warm weather year-round, you won't need any warm clothes. Upon booking, we'll provide you with a pre-trip packing list to ensure you have everything you need.

Key items to include are:

- Several swimsuits
- Flip flops/thongs/sandals
- comfortable walking shoes
- A hat
- Sunglasses
- A couple of dresses for evenings out
- Yoga/gym wear

- White short sleeve tshirt or shirt to participate in Temple ceremonies.
- Light pjs
- Personal toiletries
- Device chargers/

THE WEATHER 

In Bali, we experience two distinct seasons, wet & dry both with an average temperature of around 30°C. 

Dry season is from April - November, you can expect beautifully sunny & warm days, with pleasantly nights

WET season spans from November -March with hot sunny days & frequent sometimes torrential rain.

BALI BELLY 

At our Getaways we adhere to strict hygiene protocols to ensure your safety & well-being. However sometimes Bali Belly is unavoidable but treatable. Please note we are medically trained & are not allowed to disperse medications however we will advise you of what to bring to help treat the symptoms of Bali Belly.

 We don't advise eating from street vendors & some small local warungs (restaurants) due to hygiene practices. 

Please do not drink or brush your teeth with tap water,  or swallow shower water, we supply bottled water daily & it is readily available all over Bali.

LEVEL OF PARTICIPATION

At Bali Goddess Getaways, our retreats are crafted to provide a diverse range of authentic Balinese experiences. We recognise that there might be days when you prefer to relax or venture out on your own, & we fully encourage you to participate as much or as little as you wish.

However, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for any trips, excursions, or classes that you opt not to join.
